Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using any service provided by JEB Signals ("we", "us", "Service"), you ("Subscriber", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

JEB Signals provides algorithmically generated technical-analysis alerts ("Signals") delivered via Telegram. The Service is for educational and informational purposes only.

2.1 Not Investment Advice

JEB Signals does NOT provide investment advice. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary under any jurisdiction (including but not limited to the U.S. SEC, FINRA, U.K. FCA, EU ESMA, or SG MAS). Nothing we publish — including Signals, charts, indicator outputs, written commentary, numerical estimates, AI-generated summaries, or any other content delivered through the Service — constitutes investment advice, financial advice, a solicitation to trade, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, currency, or other instrument. You are solely responsible for all your trading decisions and outcomes.

2.2 No Stop-Loss or Take-Profit Recommendations

We deliberately do not publish specific stop-loss, take-profit, position-size, leverage, or entry/exit-timing recommendations. These are personal trading decisions that depend on your account size, risk tolerance, broker conditions, jurisdiction, and overall portfolio strategy. The Signals we publish describe what an algorithm detected on historical price data — they do not tell you how to manage a trade. You must determine your own risk-management parameters and consult a licensed financial advisor for guidance on your specific situation.

2.3 No Guarantees of Profitability

Trading carries substantial risk of loss, including the potential total loss of invested capital. Past performance of any Signal — whether observed by us, published by us, or self-reported by other subscribers — is not indicative of future results. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, profitability, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any Signal or related content. Many or most trades based on technical signals may result in losses.

2.4 Consult a Licensed Advisor

Before making any trading or investment decision, you should consult an independent, licensed financial advisor, tax professional, or legal counsel about your specific situation, risk tolerance, and applicable laws. Nothing in the Service is a substitute for professional advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, legally permitted to enter contracts in your jurisdiction, and not subject to any laws or regulations prohibiting your use of the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Payment

All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

4.2 Pricing

Current pricing is published on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days written notice; existing subscribers will be honored at the current rate until the next renewal.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated or partial refunds for unused time.

4.4 Failed Payment

If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access until the payment is successfully resolved.

5. Subscriber Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Redistribute, retransmit, repost, or resell any Signal or content received from the Service to any third party.
• Share your Telegram account, subscription credentials, or access with any other person.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying algorithm or its parameters.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Use automated tools to copy or mirror any portion of the Service for redistribution.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All Signals, charts, code, content, and trademarks associated with JEB Signals are our exclusive property. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to view and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during the term of your active subscription.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not warrant uninterrupted Service. We may experience downtime due to maintenance, third-party outages (including Telegram, Stripe, or data providers), or force majeure events. We are not liable for losses arising from missed Signals due to such interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JEB Signals and its operators, affiliates, contributors and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JEB Signals and its operators from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your trading decisions or losses.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 5, 6, 8, 9, 11 and 12) shall survive.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via Telegram and/or email to active subscribers. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance.
